通过建立双炉膛内水冷壁二维表面非均匀蒸发系统模型,利用炉膛三维温度场可视化检测系统获得的炉内实时烟气温度分布,研究双炉膛直流锅炉蒸发受热面的分布参数变化规律.提出用假想受热面处理双面水冷壁的方法,仿真研究证明了模型的正确性.双炉膛直流锅炉现场实测参数的模型检验表明:在90%负荷下前墙靠双面水冷壁附近角的壁温高于边缘处的壁温,计算的质量流量与设计值最大误差为8.56%,理论推算与电厂实际运行结果较一致.
