一、不育材料的发现及其形态特征 1991年我们在本院试验地种植的白菜型油菜双低品系88—533中发现了一株花叶不育株,此不育株的花瓣开放正常,但花丝不伸长,花药瘦秕、戟形、白色无花粉。当时,我们对不育株和正常可育株的花瓣长度、宽度及雄蕊和雌蕊长度进行了测定,从测定的结果(表1)可以看出,不育株的花瓣明显小于原品种88—533的正常株的花瓣;另外,不育株的雄蕊高度显著低于雌蕊,而正常可育株雄蕊与雌蕊的高度基本处于同一水平。
