科学发展观是发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想。而绩效评估是检察机关开展规范化建设的必由之路和持续发展的动力源泉。当前,探索绩效评估体系是检察机关深入贯彻科学发展观的重要举措和必然要求。检察机关必须以科学发展观为指导,建立符合检察工作的特性,充分体现评估过程的科学性,并在评估方法上具有系统性的绩效评估体系。
The Scientific Outlook on Development is a Major Strategic Idea that Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Must Adhere to and Carry Forward. Performance evaluation is the only way for prosecutors to carry out standardized construction and the source of sustainable development. At present, exploring the performance evaluation system is an important measure and an inevitable requirement for procuratorial organs to thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development. The procuratorial organs must take the guidance of the scientific concept of development as a guide to establish the characteristics that accord with procuratorial work, fully reflect the scientific nature of the assessment process and have a systematic performance evaluation system on the assessment methods.
