目的:观察活血通络方联合米非司酮、米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的临床效果。方法:将80例稽留流产患者随机分为2组各40例,对照组采用米非司酮、米索前列醇治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用活血通络方治疗,比较2组患者流产率、清宫率、用药后胚胎组织排出时间、阴道流血时间。结果:治疗组完全流产率77.5%,明显高于对照组的45.0%(P<0.01);治疗组清宫率为22.5%,低于对照组的55.0%(P<0.01);治疗组无论胚胎排出时间还是阴道出血持续时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:活血通络方联合西药治疗稽留流产,能提高流产成功率,加快人流术后恢复,缩短组织排出时间。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huoxuetongluo combined with mifepristone and misoprostol on missed abortion. Methods: Eighty patients with missed abortion were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases. The control group was treated with mifepristone and misoprostol. The treatment group was treated with Huoxuetongluo decoction on the basis of this. Conclusion: Huoxuetongluo combined with Western medicine treatment of missed abortion can increase the success rate of abortion, accelerate the recovery after abortion and shorten the time of tissue discharge.
