在高精度机床上,为了传递大扭矩,齿轮或轴套往往采用双键结构。由于双键的对称度要求高,在插床上加工难以保证精度。我们设计了定位导套,放在拉床上拉削,经试用,效果良好。经精密测试及计算机数值打印,所拉的六档三百多只齿轮,其对称度都达到0.02mm以内,从而保证了零件的设计要求。使用时,先把导套固定在拉床上,该导套上面装有两粒定位柱。接着就把定位板和导套连结起来。只要将定位板上的两只工艺套1套入定位柱即可(A-A剖面)。随后就安装工件,用压板压装在定位板上。待这一切安装后就开始作第一次拉削。
