当制度经济学从制度成本的角度考量伦理和道德意义时,实际上是把道德理解为经济。这意味着伦理的制度化或制度的伦理化并不只是主观的外在制度设计,而是生产发展提出的客观要求,并经生产的发展而完善的动态化过程。但是,仅仅把道德理解成经济时,制度伦理会始终存在局限性,只有把经济理解为道德时,才有可能进一步推动制度伦理的发展。
When institutional economics considers the ethical and moral meanings from the perspective of institutional cost, it actually means that morality is understood as economic. This means that the ethical institutionalization or the ethicalization of the system is not just a subjective design of the external system, but an objective requirement put forward by the production and development and a perfect dynamic process through the development of production. However, when it comes to understanding economy as the economy, institutional ethics will always have limitations. Only when the economy is understood as morality will it be possible to further promote the development of institutional ethics.
