本文介绍了一种能替代普通波特兰水泥的、掺入增塑剂和大剂量粉煤灰的高强混凝土的研究成果。研制的混凝土混合料水/水泥+粉煤灰比率为0.28。水泥与粉煤灰的含量分别390和230kg/m~3,并掺加了大剂量的增塑剂。152×305mm圆柱体的28天抗压强度达到51.0~53.8KP_α、28天的抗弯强度大约为8KP_α。它的干缩与徐变值和基准混合料的对应数值相似。已经发现、这种改进的混凝土具有良好的和易性和早期强度,并可以使用到高强度结构有件的预制混凝土施工中去。
This paper presents a study of high-strength concrete that incorporates plasticizers and high-volume fly ash that can replace ordinary Portland cement. Developed concrete mixture water / cement + fly ash ratio of 0.28. Cement and fly ash content of 390 and 230kg / m ~ 3, respectively, and mixed with a large dose of plasticizer. The 28-day compressive strength of 152 × 305mm cylinder reached 51.0 ~ 53.8KP_α, the flexural strength of 28 days was about 8KP_α. Its shrinkage is similar to the corresponding value of the creep value and the reference mix. It has been found that this improved concrete has good workability and early strength and can be used in the construction of precast concrete with high strength structural parts.
