研究了磁铁矿烧结过程初期液相的形成及加入B2O3 对初期液相粘度的影响。实验表明:初期液相形成于FeOn—CaO—SiO2 系;初期液相的粘度随B2O3 含量的增加而降低。对B2O3 降低初期液相粘度的原因进行了理论分析,并通过红外光谱及电子能谱测定证实了分析结论的可靠性。
The formation of liquid phase in the initial stage of magnetite sintering and the effect of adding B2O3 on the initial liquid phase viscosity were studied. Experiments show that: the initial liquid phase formed in the FeOn-CaO-SiO2 system; the initial liquid phase viscosity decreases with increasing B2O3 content. The reason why B2O3 decreased the initial liquid viscosity was theoretically analyzed. The reliability of the analytical conclusion was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy and electron spectroscopy.
