(二○一一年一月二十六日)虹府发〔2011〕1号区政府各部门、各街道办事处、有关单位:2010年是上海世博会的举办之年,也是实施“十一五”规划的最后一年。面对艰巨繁重的任务,我区坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,一手抓区域经济社会发展,一手抓世博会保障和服务,区域经济实现平稳较快发展,涌现出一批经济效益好、税收贡献大的企业(单位)。为鼓励企业(单位)进一步做大做强,营造良好的投资发展环境,区政府决定:
