遥感在洪水计算和预报中的应用,其关键是模型参数的提取。这主要取决于用遥感资料获取的流域特征信息与模型参数属性之间的相关程度。洪水随机模型——地貌气候单位线与流域特征有密切的关系,它可表示为流域地貌参数和气候参数的函数。我们以浙江省浦阳江水系街亭流域作为模型试验区,根据Landsat MSS图像所绘制的街亭流域的河流分级系统图,提取了该流域的地貌参数。任意选取的该流域五次洪水过程的计算结果表明,这一模型的计算精度能够满足洪水计算的要求。
The key to the application of remote sensing in flood calculation and forecasting is the extraction of model parameters. This mainly depends on the degree of correlation between the watershed characteristic information obtained by remote sensing data and the model parameter attributes. The flood stochastic model-geomorphic climate unit line is closely related to the characteristics of the basin. It can be expressed as a function of the basin topography and climate parameters. Taking the Jieting basin of Puyang River system in Zhejiang Province as a model test area, we extracted the landform parameters of the basin according to the river grading system diagram of the Tingting basin drawn from the Landsat MSS image. The results of five randomly selected flood courses show that the calculation accuracy of this model can meet the requirements of flood calculation.
