目的 :观察和评价羊膜在结膜囊成形术中的应用价值。方法 :采用保存人羊膜移植于结膜囊狭窄的患者行结膜囊成形术 9例 9只眼。结果 :9只眼无 1例感染 ,7天后移植的羊膜变透明 ,缝合处结膜向羊膜上爬行 ,1个月后新生的结膜上皮完全覆盖移植区。结论 :保存的人羊膜无抗原性 ,移植后能作为结膜上皮移行生长的载体 ,替代球结膜用于结膜囊成形术的效果满意
Objective: To observe and evaluate the value of amniotic membrane in conjunctival sacoplasty. Methods: 9 cases (9 eyes) of conjunctival sacoplasty were treated with preserved amniotic membrane transplantation in patients with stenosis of conjunctiva. Results: No infection was found in 9 eyes. The transplanted amniotic membrane became transparent after 7 days. The conjunctiva of the suture was crawled on the amniotic membrane. After 1 month, the newborn conjunctiva completely covered the graft area. CONCLUSION: The preserved human amniotic membrane has no antigenicity and can be used as a carrier for conjunctival epithelial migration after transplantation, and the effect of replacing conjunctiva for conjunctival angioplasty is satisfactory
