建材是建筑工程质量之基础。如何确保工程质量,抓好材料质量管理,已成为建筑行业的一个永久话题。ISO 9002标准为我们提供了确保建材质量的途径,如能结合企业实际,制订合乎标准的质量手册与程序文件。严抓材料管理,加上政府、监理、业主、社会乃至用户的监督共管,建材质量是能得到切实保证的。本文试以ISO 9002标准结合本公司实际对抓好材料质量管理工作进行一些探讨。
Building materials are the foundation of the quality of construction projects. How to ensure project quality and do a good job in material quality management have become a permanent topic in the construction industry. The ISO 9002 standard provides us with the means to ensure the quality of building materials. If we can combine the actual situation of the company, we should establish standards-compliant quality manuals and procedure documents. Strictly grasping material management, together with the supervision of the government, supervision, owners, society, and even users, the quality of building materials can be effectively guaranteed. This article tries to make some discussion on how to do a good job of material quality management in combination with the ISO 9002 standard.
