随着我国社会主义现代化建设的不断发展,我国对教育给予了高度的重视,教育逐渐成为衡量综合国力、国家竞争力的一大标准。作为我国教育事业中极为重要的组成部分,幼儿园教育不仅影响着幼儿的身心健康成长,而且体现了我国幼儿早期教育水平,因此,对幼儿的教育管理研究有着重要的意义与价值。本文简述了我国幼儿教育管理的主要内容,分析了目前幼儿教育管理中存在的问题,并提出了有效的教育管理策略,为我国的幼儿教育管理提供一个参考与借鉴。
