2011年5月,中国特检院与荷兰KIWA公司就燃烧设备检测和CE认证工作签署正式合作协议,中国特检院院长林树青先生和KIWA公司副总裁Ad Besener先生分别代表双方在合作协议上签字。根据协议,中国特检院将按照EN676、EN267、EN60335—1、EN60335—2—102等欧盟标准与KIWA公司合作开展燃烧设备及其它相关产品的检测和CE认证工作。这是中国特检院与欧洲著名认证机构之间开展的一次重要合作,也是中国特检院继2010年获得ASME授权检验机构(AIA)资格后在国际合作领域取得的又一次重要进展。荷兰KIWA公司成立于1929年,总部位于荷兰的阿佩尔顿,长期致力于燃气应用行业提供独立的第三方安全监督及测试认证服务。该公司服务扩展到了全球30多个国家并拥有超过3500家客
In May 2011, China Special Inspection Service signed a formal cooperation agreement with Dutch KIWA Company on testing of combustion equipment and CE certification. Mr. Lin Shuqing, President of China Special Procuratorate and Mr. Ad Besener, Vice President of KIWA Company, respectively, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties . According to the agreement, China Special Prision Inspection and Quarantine Bureau will carry out the testing and CE certification of combustion equipment and other related products in cooperation with KIWA according to the EU standards EN676, EN267, EN60335-1 and EN60335-2-102. This is an important cooperation between China’s special prosecution service and a well-known European certification body. It is another important progress made by China’s special prosecution service in the field of international cooperation following the 2010 AIA accreditation of China’s special prosecution service.
