西部开发代表了中国各族人民的根本利益 ,充分反映了西部地区乃至全国人民的发展意愿。西部开发又意味着在一个重大的经济活动中 ,重新进行资源的分配 ,因而它对西部地区民族关系的影响与作用不容忽视。本文分析了西部开发对当地民族关系产生的积极影响与可能出现的负面效应 ,并提出了对策建议。
The development of the western region represented the fundamental interests of the people of all ethnic groups in China and fully reflected the will of the development of the people in the western region and the entire country. The development of the western region in turn means that in a major economic activity, the distribution of resources is resumed. Therefore, its influence and effect on the ethnic relations in the western region can not be ignored. This paper analyzes the positive impact and possible negative effects that the western development has on the local ethnic relations and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
