目前我国基础教育人力资源开发的研究主要有经济学、管理学和心理学三种取向,不同取向间虽存在差异,但也呈现出一些共同特点:(1)研究对象以教师为主,学校管理人员次之,教辅人员最少;(2)研究方法上定性研究多于定量研究;(3)研究内容以教师在职培训、教师激励、教师考核评价及教师素质为主,校长领导行为、学校组织气氛、教师职业倦怠等研究次之,人力资源配置、教师聘用和选拔等研究相对较少,教师薪酬的研究最少。未来的基础教育人力资源开发研究应注意以下几点:不同研究取向之间的协调整合;研究方法论上的整体观和动态发展观;量性研究方法和质性研究方法的综合运用;问题导向和结成研究共同体是有效的研究途径。
At present, there are three kinds of orientations of human resources development in basic education in our country: economics, management and psychology.
