用高压氧来处理四氯化碳(CCl4)致肝损伤的大鼠,同时加用自由基拮抗剂消除高压氧可能导致自由基产生增多带来的不良作用,研究拟观察其对大鼠肝损伤的保护作用以及对肝脏基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)表达及活性的影响。一、材料与方法1.实验动物分组及模型制备:Wistar雄性大鼠60只,体重(150±10)g,由河南医科大学动物中心提供,随机分成5 组,每组12只。(1)模型组:以500ml/L CCl4(上海试剂一厂产品,精制花生油配置)皮下注射,3 ml/kg,首次给予750ml/L CCl4,2次/周,共8周。(2)高压氧组:诱导肝损伤同模型组,实验后2周和8周给予高压氧(995 ml/L氧气
