目前我国的高职院校德育工作面临着新的考验,面对新常态,认识新情况,排查问题,探索新思路,从分析内涵现状及高职院校德育特点,研究影响当前高职院校德育工作非弹性及弹性模量成效的因素,并有针对性地提出适应新常态要求并具有实效性的新时期高职院校德育工作评价机制与体制改革对策,通过多渠道构建良好的德育环境,从而为高职院校德育工作提供理论支持。
