新课标提出要积极培养小学生的数学思维能力,既能够发挥个体优势,又能够注重团结协作的引导和培养。实际上,这是一对看似对立的矛盾体,如何才能在小学数学课堂中将两者统一起来呢?笔者认为,可以在课堂教学中推行分组学习的教学模式,将应用策略贯穿在教学始末,使课堂真正建立在学生自主活动的基础上,促进学生主体创新能力的发展。下面结合实践谈一下自己的看法。一、综合评定,搭配异质小组,培养思维习惯数学学习的本质是要发展思维,让学生真正参与课堂教学,主动探究新知识的形成过程。如何让学生在小组学习中获
