结核分枝杆菌(MTB)是一种兼性细胞内寄生菌,能将单核/巨噬细胞内物质转化为对其自身生存有利的成分。在结核病中细胞凋亡有助于机体保护作用,包括消除病原菌的复制环境、促使体液免疫对游离病原菌产生免疫应答以及增强抗原提呈作用。细胞坏死未显示抗MTB免疫保护作用。巨噬细胞的自噬诱导能有效杀伤MTB,巨噬细胞与MTB通过自噬产生复杂的对话机制。因此,开展MTB诱导的宿主细胞应答机制研究有可能被用于结核病的防治。本文主要总结了MTB感染巨噬细胞死亡和自噬的研究现状。
Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) is a facultative intracellular parasite that transforms monocytic / macrophage substances into components that are beneficial to their own survival. Apoptosis in tuberculosis helps to protect the body, including the elimination of pathogenic bacteria replication environment, to promote humoral immunity to free pathogenic bacteria to produce an immune response and enhance the role of antigen presentation. Cell necrosis did not show anti-MTB immunoprotection. Macrophage induction of autophagy can effectively kill MTB, macrophages and MTB through autophagy to produce a complex mechanism of dialogue. Therefore, to carry out MTB-induced host cell response mechanism may be used for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. This article summarizes the current status of MTB-induced macrophage death and autophagy.
