柔性管理是一种全新的现代企业管理方法,柔性管理模式不同于刚性管理模式。在现代企业中,柔性管理实质上是一种以人为本的处理理念。现代企业经济处理的最新趋势是柔性管理,它不仅是一种处理系统,而且是一门处理哲学。它主要通过激发员工的创造性与主动性,推动员工在实际作业时的创造性。本文从柔性管理的内涵与特点进行分析,总结柔性管理的有效作用,以保障现代企业经济效益的稳定增长。
Flexible management is a new method of modern enterprise management, flexible management mode is different from the rigid management mode.
