植物粗油中含有磷脂、蛋白质、悬浮物等胶体杂质,造成浑浊,影响油的品质.因而食用植物油一般都需经水化脱胶等精炼处理.本文研究了应用磁场处理技术对植物油的水化除磷脂过程的强化作用.结果表明:经适当的磁处理可使大豆油中残留的磷脂量降至未经磁处理的对照样的1/14;大豆油和花生油的粘度降低了1%~2%;水的表面张力降低了近1/10;花生油的澄清沉降速度也能提高一半以上.最后初步探讨了磁场的作用机理.
Plant crude oil contains phospholipids, proteins, suspended solids and other colloidal impurities, resulting in turbidity, affecting the quality of oil. Thus edible vegetable oil generally require hydration degumming and other refining. This paper studies the application of magnetic field treatment of vegetable oil hydration dephospholipid strengthening process. The results showed that the amount of phospholipids remaining in soybean oil was reduced to 1/14 of the control without magnetic treatment by proper magnetic treatment; the viscosity of soybean oil and peanut oil decreased by 1% ~ 2%; the surface tension of water decreased Nearly 1/10; peanut oil settlement rate can be clarified more than half. Finally, the mechanism of magnetic field is discussed.
