一、碳化塔水箱腐蚀在碳铵生产中,有的厂将碳化塔水箱内的钢管改为铝管,但因钢支架直接同铝管接触,使用1年左右发现接触部位管璧减薄,以至穿孔。有人以为铝管质软,在物料振动下不耐磨而损坏。实际这是由于铝同钢的电极电位不同,在电解质(碳铵物料)中发生电偶腐蚀所致。解决此类腐蚀的方法是将铝与钢在接触部位绝缘隔开,如缠塑料膜或加橡胶垫。
