“小城镇”在当下,是一个使用频率较高的通用名词。国家电网公司于2010年组织编写的《小城镇典型供电模式》中的小城镇,与普通大众所理解的小城镇,无论是在概念上、范畴上还是内涵上,都是有一定的区别的。但是在“典型供电模式”的限定下,电力企业关于“小城镇”的解释却是最权威的,不包括小城市、集镇,指的就是建制镇,属于城镇范畴,符合《中华人民共和国城市规划法》中“小城镇”的法定含义。国家电网公司所主导的小城镇典型供电模式的建设与改造,主要集中在10千伏及以下配电网,包
“Small town ” in the moment, is a common noun with high frequency of use. Small towns in the “typical power supply mode for small towns” organized by State Grid Corporation of China in 2010 are quite different from small towns understood by the general public in terms of concept, category and connotation. However, under the definition of “typical power supply mode ”, the explanations of the power enterprises on “small towns ” are the most authoritative, excluding the small cities and towns, referring to the established towns, belonging to the urban areas and in line with “China People’s Republic of China Urban Planning Law ”“ small town ”the legal meaning. The construction and renovation of typical power supply modes in small towns dominated by State Grid Corporation of China are mainly concentrated in the distribution network of 10 kV and below,
