打破休眠、提早萌芽是我国南方暖湿地区葡萄促成栽培的关键技术之一。一般认为葡萄冬季休眠的需冷量(Chilling Require-ment,CR)约为7.2℃以下1000~2000hr,以此推测上海地区葡萄结束自然休眠的日期可能在2月中旬左右。若在休眠不足的状态下覆膜进行促成栽培,往往会造成葡萄萌芽率低下,荫芽、开花不整齐,生理障碍较严重等负面影响。因此有必要弄清上海地区葡萄促成栽培几个主要品种的需冷量及有效的破眠技术,为大棚葡萄促成栽培提供理论和技术依据。为此,我们在1998—2000年对葡萄不同品种需冷量和打破休眠的药剂进行了试验,其结果如下:1 材料与方法1.1 休眠需冷量调查试验1.1.1 试验材料:试验的葡萄品种为欧美杂种的京亚、巨峰,欧亚种的绯红、京玉、里查马特、无核白鸡心;试验所用仪器为:冰箱
Breaking dormancy and premature germination are one of the key technologies for grape cultivation in warm and wet areas of southern China. It is generally believed that the Chilling Require-ment (CR) of winter dormancy is about 7.2-2000 ~ 2000hr, suggesting that the end of the natural dormancy of grapes in Shanghai might be around mid-February. If the lack of dormancy under the condition of the film to promote cultivation, tend to result in low germination rate of buds, shade buds, irregular flowering, physiological barriers and more serious negative effects. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the necessary cooling capacity of several main cultivars in Shanghai grape cultivation and effective hypnosis techniques to provide theoretical and technical basis for the cultivation of greenhouse grape cultivars.
