作者收集466例良性前列腺增生病例。排尿困难为主要症状者314例(67.4％),临床并发症为高血压259例(55.6％)、心电异常156例(32.4％)。文中强调前列腺局部检查的重要性。治疗方法:以耻骨上前列腺切除、经尿道前列腺切除为佳。

The authors collected 466 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia. 314 cases (67.4%) had dysuria as the main symptom, clinical complications were hypertension (259 cases, 55.6%) and abnormal ECG (156 cases, 32.4%). The article emphasizes the importance of local prostate examination. Treatment: to suprapubic prostatectomy, transurethral resection of the prostate better.
