患者男,22岁。1988年5月9日入解放军307医院。主诉反复游走性关节痛一年余,近一个月加重。患者于1987年5月因右下腹痛作兰尾炎手术后,一般情况尚好。但术后半月发热,颈、背部出现许多黄豆大红斑,面部也有少量红斑,不痛,不痒,呈游走性。继之右肘和右膝关节红、肿痛、胀,局部发热,关节活动受限,全身有疲劳感。当地和外地医院拟多发性脓肿,风湿热、类风湿关节炎等,用红、氯、青、链霉素治疗无效。
