为规范乳制品生产企业良好生产规范(GMP)认证工作,强化乳制品生产企业质量安全自控能力,国家认监委公布了《乳制品生产企业良好生产规范(GMP)认证实施规则(试行)》,规定了从事乳品企业GMP认证的认证机构实施乳品企业GMP认证的程序与管理的基本要求。现将该规则主要内容刊登如下,供读者参阅。
