沥青混合料设计方法不同,其试件成型方式也各不相同,如马歇尔设计方法采用击实法成型试件,SUPERPAVE采用旋转压实法成型试件等。无论何种成型方式,其目的是在室内成型出与实际路面相同密度的试件,模拟实际道路上沥青混合料的状态。文中分别采用马歇尔击实仪和剪切压实仪来制备热再生沥青混合料试件,并对两种不同成型方式下的热再生沥青混合料进行路用性能测试,以评价成型方式对热再生沥青混合料的性能影响规律。研究表明:成型方式对热再生沥青混合料的性能有一定程度的影响,相对而言,剪切压实成型的试件能更好地模拟路面的实际状态,其高温抗车辙能力、低温抗开裂能力、水稳定性能等均比利用马歇尔击实成型的试件有所提高。
