厦门特区是在老城市基础上建立起来的,几百家老企业在特区建设和发展中具有重要作用。当前,在深化改革、扩大开放的浪潮中,老企业的前途问题再次引起有关方面的关注。本文就利用外资改造老企业、促进老企业发展问题谈一些看法。
The Xiamen Special Economic Zone was established on the basis of the old city. A few hundred old companies play an important role in the construction and development of the special zone. At present, in the wave of deepening reforms and expanding openness, the future of old companies has once again caused concern from relevant parties. This article talks about using foreign capital to transform old companies and promote the development of old companies.
