1 问题的提出大庆炼油厂丙烷脱沥青装置于1979年建成后投产,其原料为常减压装置的减压渣油。该装置为润滑油系统提供原料并生产100#道路用沥青。1997年9月3日7时50分,泵工在巡检时发现原料油泵出口管线的保温层中向外呲渣油,判断是管线开裂所造成。经请示,按紧急停工进行了处理。保温层扒开后检查发现保温层内的管线下部已经爆管开裂,裂口长达229mm,裂口张开宽度为26mm。
1 PROBLEM PROTOCOL Propane deasphalting unit of Daqing refinery was put into operation after its completion in 1979. Its raw material is vacuum residue of atmospheric and vacuum unit. The unit supplies raw materials for the lube system and produces 100 # road asphalt. At 7:50 on September 3, 1997, the pump workers found out the residual oil in the insulating layer of the outlet pipe of the raw material oil pump during the inspection and judged that it was caused by the pipeline cracking. Upon request, proceed to emergency stoppage. Inspect the insulation layer and found that the lower part of the pipeline in the insulation layer has ruptured, the gap length is 229mm and the gap width is 26mm.
