装配工序自动化,机械化设备在各轴承厂采用得很少.采用的是手工装配方式.所以历来完成生产任务是依靠装配工人熟练的技巧和很强的劳动强度.在目前轴承产量大跃进的形势下,用手工装配轴承这一工序就成为各厂完成生产任务的关键.经常动员其它人员协助才能完成装配任务,由于对装配工作不熟练,影响了装配质量.因之,目前迫切需要高生产率的各种自动化,机械化的装球设备.也需要能减轻工人劳动强度的各种装配工具.
