目的加强医疗废弃物的安全管理,预防医源性感染,切断交叉感染的途径。方法以《医疗废弃物管理条例》为准则,成立医院感染管理委员会,建立健全管理制度,制定医疗废弃物管理规定,加强对全院职工的医疗废弃物有关法律、法规培训,严格医疗废弃物的收集、运送、贮存流程,完善医疗废弃物管理制度、处置设施等,加强环节控制、加强监督治理机制。结果通过实施以上措施,使医院医疗废弃物管理达到了法制化、规范化、制度化,有效地防止污染源传播疾病,确保医院社会环境质量,确保医疗安全。结论采取综合管理措施依法管理医疗废弃物,是控制医源性感染行之有效的措施。
Objective To strengthen the safety management of medical waste, prevent iatrogenic infection and cut off the ways of cross-infection. Results Through the implementation of the above measures, the hospital medical waste management reached a legal, standardized and institutionalized, effectively prevent the spread of disease sources to ensure that the hospital social environment quality and ensure medical safety. Conclusion Taking comprehensive management measures to administer medical waste according to law is an effective measure to control iatrogenic infection.
