分析246例额叶癫痫病因，结果提示病因与发病年龄相关：10～25岁组段最常见病因是颅内炎症占48％，其中以病毒性感染为主；36～60岁组段脑肿瘤占30％，且额叶肿瘤中39％首发症状为癫痫发作，其中癫痫发作为唯一临床表现的占24％；≥61岁组段是高血压动脉粥样硬化性脑卒中占30％，其中脑梗塞为最常见的中风类型占65％。
Analysis of 246 cases of frontal lobe epilepsy etiology, the results suggest that the etiology and age of onset: 10 to 25 years of age group is the most common cause of intracranial inflammation accounted for 48%, of which the main viral infection; 36 to 60 age group brain tumor 30%, and 39% of the patients with frontal lobectomy is the first symptom of epileptic seizures, of which the only clinical manifestation of seizures accounted for 24%; ≥ 61-year-old group is hypertensive atherosclerotic stroke accounted for 30% of which cerebral infarction 65% of the most common types of stroke.
