患者男,22岁,睡眠打鼾咽异物感8年,加重3个月。于1995年3月27住院。因咽部不适外院行扁桃体摘除,术后咽侧扪及肿块,进行性增大,无咽疼。查体:讲话含物音,轻度闭塞性鼻音,右颌下深部触及一鸡蛋大小包块,质中,边界不甚清,无触疼,活动差,右咽侧后壁可见隆起包块,超过咽中线,表面光滑,上起鼻咽,下达喉咽,右侧软腭、悬雍垂、咽腭弓被推向左前下。伸舌居中,双合诊感内外肿块为一体。未见Horner征,颈动脉搏动,未见移位,按压肿块时咳嗽。
Male patient, 22 years old, sleep snoring pharyngeal foreign body sensation 8 years, aggravating 3 months. In March 1995 March 27 hospitalized. Physical examination: Speech with tone, mild occlusive nasal, deep in the right mandibular touching an egg size mass, quality, the border is not clear, no touch pain, poor activity, right pharyngeal posterior wall visible bulging mass, more than Pharyngeal midline, smooth surface, starting from the nasopharynx, hypopharyngeal, right soft palate, uvula, pharyngeal palatal arch was pushed to the left before the next. Middle of the tongue, double joint diagnosis of internal and external mass as one. No Horner sign, carotid artery pulsation, no dislocation, coughing on mass.
