春节,我回乡下老家过年,与广大农民朋友接触,对他们的所喜、所忧、所盼,有了进一步的了解。喜:税费改革后,农民负担轻农民负担问题,过去一直是群众反映的热点问题,也是农村各种矛盾的焦点。去年是农村税费改革后的第一年,农民负担较往年显著减轻,我走村串户,没有听到一人再议论负担问题,而是众口一词,夸党的税费改革政策好。一位农民朋友告诉我,他家4口人,人均年负担过去都在400元以上,去年税费改革后,农业税按田亩负担,人平只有150元。较往年相比,相当于一年净积余1000元。
