西周礼乐文化是儒家文化产生的土壤,儒家文化作为中国主流文化一直延续到今天。西周礼乐文化又是三代文化漫长演进的产物,探索早期中国文化首先要梳理“三代”文化的根源。夏、商、周作为三代文化的代表,其文化包容连续性的发展方式体现了中国古代文化演进的基本方式,同时三代文化从“尊命”“尊神”“尊礼”的发展,也可以看出早期中国古代文化从巫觋文化、祭祀文化、礼乐文化的漫长演进历程。
The culture of rites and music in the Western Zhou Dynasty is the soil of Confucianism culture. As the mainstream culture in China, Confucianism continues till today. The ritual music culture in the Western Zhou Dynasty is also a product of the long evolution of the three generations of Chinese culture. To explore the early Chinese culture, we must first sort out the root causes of the “three generations” of culture. Xia, Shang and Zhou, as the representatives of the three generations of cultures, embody the basic way of the cultural evolution of the ancient Chinese. The three generations of cultures from the “Respectful Life”, “Respect God” and “Respectful Gifts” The development of ancient Chinese culture from early Wu culture, sacrificial culture, ritual music culture of the long course of evolution.
