进入2008年,部分石化产品开始步入行业周期性低谷,尤其在下半年,金融危机在全世界范围内的全面爆发,加速了石化产品价格的周期性跌落。受经济发展环境的影响,近期我国石化行业出现了以下复杂多变的发展态势。在更复杂多变的经济形势下保持发展,随着国际经济形势的变化和全球资源性产业的走势,今后几年我国的经济增长速度也将有所调缓,我国石油和化学工业将面临更加复杂的国内外经济环境,行业发展的不确定因素增加。
