住建部近日透露,截至今年一季度末,在我国新型城镇化建设过程中已有104个城市开展了智慧城市规划建设,80%以上的二级城市明确提出将建设智慧城市。据了解,目前住建部已公布了两批193个智慧城市试点单位,这些试点单位分布较广,发展水平也千差万别。对于一些小城市或欠发达地区来说,无论是基础设施还是信息化建设,都无法与发达地区采取同样的评判标准。
The Ministry of Housing and Urban-built recently revealed that as of the end of the first quarter of this year, 104 cities in the process of new-type urbanization have carried out planning and construction of smart cities, and more than 80% of second-tier cities have explicitly proposed that smart cities will be constructed. It is learned that at present, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has announced two pilot batches of 193 smart city pilot units which are widely distributed and vary greatly in their level of development. For some small cities or underdeveloped areas, both the infrastructure and information technology are unable to adopt the same evaluation standards as developed areas.
