本文提出了一种确定焊接构件焊缝残余应力的简易方法.压力容器(特别是未退火的新容器)在水压试验中,焊缝区的残余应力、膜应力以及局部应力迭加起来,一般都超过材料屈服强度。本文在文的基础上,利用 Levy—Mises 理论建立了确定容器焊接残余应力的一般方法;给出了确定压力容器残余应力的步骤。列出了确定残余应力的实例。
In this paper, a simple method to determine the residual stress in the weld of a welded structure is proposed.For the pressure vessel (especially the new vessel which is not annealed), the residual stress, the film stress and the local stress in the weld zone are superimposed in the hydrostatic test, All exceed the yield strength of the material. In this paper, based on the text, the Levy-Mises theory is used to establish the general method of determining the welding residual stress of the container. The procedure of determining the residual stress of the pressure container is given. An example of determining residual stress is listed.
