工业制造的进步提升了三坐标测量机的契机,三坐标测量机可以测量任何工件的任何几何元素的任何参数,而科技与生产的进步与发展对它不断提出新的要求。由于坐标测量机的结构复杂性,当前大部分计算机数控的三坐标测量机带有误差,并继续扩散着,于是笔者就三坐标测量系统的误差进行必要的分析和修正。
Advances in manufacturing have raised the bar of CMM, CMMs can measure any of the geometric elements of any work piece, and advances in technology and production have come up with new requirements. Due to the structural complexity of CMM, most current CMM CMM errors and continue to spread, so I on the CMM error analysis and correction necessary.
