本文从工程项目合同风险管理的概念出发,分析了工程项目风险的防范与控制方法,以强化工程项目成本管理,最终达到预防合同风险或及时有效解决合同纠纷的目的。
Based on the concept of contract risk management in construction project, this paper analyzes the risk prevention and control methods of construction project so as to strengthen the project cost management and eventually achieve the purpose of preventing contractual risks or effectively settling contractual disputes in time.
