目的分析不同月龄GrafⅡa型髋关节婴儿的超声检查分布特点。方法应用静态Graf法对2 733例1~3个月龄婴儿双侧髋关节进行超声检查,并进行分型诊断,计算Ⅱa型髋关节婴儿在相应月龄的检出率及男女婴在各自性别中的检出率,用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 5%(138/2 733)受检婴儿被检测出Ⅱa型髋关节。1~3个月龄该型髋关节婴儿在相应月龄的检出率分别为13.19%(89/675)、6.88%(26/378)、1.37%(23/1 680),差异有统计学意义(χ2=143.289,P<0.001);男女婴在各自性别中的检出率分别为3.06%(36/1 177)、6.56%(102/1 556),差异有统计学意义(χ2=17.089,P<0.001)。结论 3个月龄内Ⅱa型髋关节婴儿检出率随月龄呈递减趋势,女婴检出率高于男婴。
Objective To analyze the distribution of ultrasound examination of GrafⅡa type hip joint in different months. Methods The static Graf method was used to examine the bilateral hip joint in 2 733 infants with 1-3 months of age and diagnosed by type. The detection rate of type IIa hip joint infants at the corresponding month of age and the male and female infants’ In the detection rate, using SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis. Results In 5% (138/2 733) infants tested type IIa hip joints were detected. The detection rates of the corresponding month-old infants with 1-3 months old were 13.19% (89/675), 6.88% (26/378) and 1.37% (23/1 680), respectively, the difference was statistically significant (Χ2 = 143.289, P <0.001). The detection rates of male and female babies in their respective sex were 3.06% (36/1 177) and 6.56% (102/1 556 respectively), with significant difference (χ2 = 17.089 , P <0.001). Conclusions The detection rate of type IIa Hip Infants in three months shows a decreasing trend with age, and the detection rate of female infants is higher than that of male infants.
