由于渐开线斜齿轮轮齿曲面复杂,很难直接创建精确模型,因此给出了渐开线斜齿轮4条齿廓曲线的参数方程及三维曲面的生成算法,通过该算法可以快速生成与坐标成任意角度和参数的齿轮二维曲线及三维曲面。为了验证算法的正确性,用MatLab程序对齿轮模型进行仿真验证,输出任意参数、角度旋转的二维及三维精确曲线曲面图形,为齿轮三维参数化数字设计、啮合分析、接触应力分析、运动学和动力学分析提供基础理论依据。
Because of the complexity of involute helical gear tooth surface, it is very difficult to directly create accurate model. Therefore, the parametric equation and the generation algorithm of three-dimensional surface of the profile curve of four involute helical gears are given. With this algorithm, Gear two-dimensional curve and three-dimensional surface with arbitrary angles and parameters. In order to verify the correctness of the algorithm, the simulation of the gear model is carried out by using MatLab program.
