学生每天都活跃在我们的视线里,是我们教育工作的生命。作为一名和他们朝夕相处的班主任,在学生成长的道路上,肩负着多么重要的使命啊!同一棵树上也不会有两片相同的叶子,我们面对的是形形色色、充满个性的学生,作为教师要因人而异,采取相应的教育方法。为此,我努力寻找方法,尝试着用爱做原料,用心去打造,用时间去推敲,终于寻找到了三把对症的钥匙,来开启他们的心灵之门。
Students live daily in our line of sight, the life of our education. As a class teacher who gets along with them day by day, how important the mission is to be on the road to student growth! There will not be two identical leaves in the same tree. We face all kinds of students who are full of personality as Teachers vary from person to person and adopt appropriate methods of education. To this end, I tried hard to find ways to try to make love with raw materials, hard to build, with time to scrutiny, and finally found the three keys to sympathy, to open their spiritual door.
