我作为一名基层刊授党校的主要负责人,一直把给刊授党校教学班直接讲授辅导课作为了解学员、联系学员所在单位,巩固发展刊授党校事业的一条重要措施。仅邓小平理论这门课程,我就讲授辅导了三遍,下面谈谈我对此门功课的教学体会。一、夯实基础开好头好的开始,是成功的一半。邓小平理论的“导论”是第一课,第一课能否吸引、抓住学员,对这一门功课学习至关重要。因此,我总是努力抓住“导论”要害上好第一课。首先,让学员明确邓小平理论的历史地位。党的十四大强调要用邓小平理论武装全党。党的十五大确立了邓小平理论为党的指导思想,在修改后的党章中明确规定:中国共产党以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论为自己行动的指南。这是我们党经过近二十年的改革开放和
As the chief person in charge of teaching the party school as a grassroots unit, I have always regarded giving guidance classes directly to the teaching classes taught in the party school as an important measure for understanding students, contacting the units where the students are located, and consolidating and developing the schooling of party schools. Only Deng Xiaoping theory of this course, I taught counseling three times, here I talk about my teaching experience. First, to lay a solid foundation for a good beginning, is half the battle. The 14th National Congress of the CPC stresses the need to arm the entire party with Deng Xiaoping Theory. The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China established Deng Xiaoping Theory as the guiding ideology of the party and clearly stipulated in the amended party constitution that the CPC takes Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory as their own guidelines.
