一、教材分析(一)教材地位和作用本节课是高中化学苏教版必修《化学2》专题3第二单元《食品中的有机化合物》第一节。它不仅是本专题的重点,而且是高中有机化学学习的重点。本节包括四个方面的内容:乙醇的物理性质、分子组成和结构、乙醇的化学性质及主要用途。在乙醇的化学性质中,重点讨论了乙醇与金属钠的反应及乙醇的催化氧化反应。(二)教材目标分析1.知识与技能:通过观察和体验,了解乙醇的物理性质。通过对乙醇化学性质、分子结构的探究,学生在掌握知识的同时,学习探究问题的科学方法,培养学生自学、探索、实验、分析、归纳的能力。2.过程与方法:通过动手实验,发现问题、
