本文对照组25例,肺心病心功能代偿组40例,心功能失代偿组25例,分别用放免法测定了血浆心钠素(ANF)和醛固酮(Ald),结果表明:①肺心病患者血浆ANF含量明显高于正常人,且随病情严重程度的发展ANF含量逐渐增高;②肺心病代偿组和失偿组血浆Ald含量明显低于正常人,且随病情严重程度的发展逐渐降低;③肺心病代偿组血浆ANF和Ald含量呈负相关,而失代偿组血浆ANF和Ald含量相关系数无明显性差异。并对ANF和Ald变化的机制进行了讨论。
The control group of 25 patients, 40 patients with cor pulmonale cardiopulmonary function compensation group, 25 patients with decompensated heart function, were measured by radioimmunoassay of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANF) and aldosterone (Ald), the results showed that: ① pulmonary heart disease The content of ANF in plasma was significantly higher than that in normal people, and the level of ANF increased gradually with the progression of the disease severity. ②The content of plasma Ald in patients with decompensated and decompensated cor pulmonale was significantly lower than that in normal people and gradually decreased with the severity of the disease ; ③ There was a negative correlation between plasma ANF and Ald content in decompensated cor pulmonale, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the decompensated plasma. The mechanism of ANF and Ald changes is also discussed.
