2011年4月15日,中国首支赴美上市的中药“概念股”同济堂在纽交所惨淡退市,打包撤回老家。同济堂是一家中成药制药企业,是中药行业闻名遐迩的中华老字号。2002年,王晓春领导的仙灵药业完成了对同济堂的兼并。2004年,中国中医药市场各种资本相继进入,为使自己不被淘汰,获得足够的资金和良好的形象,王晓春和他的团队将同济堂在美上市作为努力目标。
