胸腔闭式引流术是胸外科常见的治疗方法，而胸腔闭式引流术使用的引流管多选用质地较硬、管径较粗的硅胶管。患者在活动或改变体位时常引起管道牵拉或滑脱，还可引起胸管外管、内管与胸廓活动不一致，导致患者疼痛明显。对胸腔闭式引流管进行有效的固定可防止并发症的发生，也可有效的减轻疼痛。我科2013年7月至12月对60例肺部疾病手术患者分别采用两种不同的胸管固定方法进行比较和研究，现将体会介绍如下。

Our department in July 2013 to December 60 cases of lung disease surgery patients were used two different methods of chest tube fixation and comparison, now the experience described below.
